We provide two levels of Professional Placement services to include the following:

Direct Hire Services: Also known as Contingency Recruiting. This is a completely risk-free way to work with outside Recruiters and means that we receive no fee unless we successfully fill your opening, and clients are free to consider candidates from their own sources. This choice is best for attracting Individual Contributors, Project Leaders, and Department Managers. This is a win-win no risk ,100% guaranteed service. Fees range from 20-25% of base.

Executive to Mid-level Retained Services: Clients hire us on an exclusive basis to fill key positions. We receive an up-front retainer with the balance paid on successful completion of the search. This option is most suitable for attracting key players who will have pivotal corporate impact, such as CEOs, VPs, Directors, Product Managers, and Architects. We pride ourselves on a 100% success ratio. This is because we only take on assignments where we have high confidence in being able to deliver top candidates.

Are you looking for a very specific skill expertise and don’t want to hire this person on a permanent basis? Perhaps you are implementing Oracle or are doing a special time centric project.

We provide two levels of staff augmentation thus allowing our clients efficient and flexible solutions and the ability to access the most senior talent in the industry

Staff Augmentation/Contract Staffing: This popular program allows companies to try people before hiring them full time. This model gives you the “Right Skills to the Right Engagement.” Clients have the opportunity to review our employees’ skills and work habits while protecting their company from employee/employer liabilities associated with hiring and evaluating new employees. This is best when you have a specific project requiring a very specialized skill that will not be utilized once the project is completed.

Contract To Hire: This is loosely referred to in the market as a “try before you buy approach.” This is best when you have experienced high turnover and want to ensure that the selected candidate offers the long-term skills and culture fit” needed to have longevity and growth with your company. You pay a reasonable margin per hour and allow Infusion to mange the contractor/consultant. You have the option to convert the consultant upon request.
